0. Legal Entity

RezBot ("the Service") is owned and operated by Media World Vision. Media World Vision ("Company", "we", "our", "us") provides the RezBot platform and related services.

1. Service Description

RezBot is a digital receptionist and customer engagement platform provided by Media World Vision. The Service enables automated interactions through supported messaging platforms, including:

• Automated appointment scheduling and reminders
• Customer inquiry responses
• Review collection and management
• Multi-channel messaging automation
• Business analytics and reporting

2. Subscription & Billing

All subscriptions are provided by Media World Vision.

2.1 Subscription Plans

• Services are provided on a monthly recurring subscription basis
• Pricing is displayed on our website and may vary by plan tier
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

2.2 Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file

2.3 Price Changes

• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Existing subscribers will be notified via email before changes take effect

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use RezBot services for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Illegal activities or content
• Violating third-party rights
• Distributing malware or harmful software
• Impersonating others or creating fake accounts

4. WhatsApp Business Compliance

4.1 Client Responsibilities

• You must use your own WhatsApp Business account and phone number
• You are responsible for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms
• You must obtain proper consent from customers for messaging
• You are responsible for message content sent through your account

4.2 Meta Platform Policies

• You must comply with all Meta platform policies and guidelines
• Violations may result in account suspension by Meta
• Media World Vision is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by Meta platforms

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms & Conditions
• Abuse of our services or systems
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Violations of Meta platform policies
• Activity that threatens our service integrity

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Limitations

Media World Vision is not responsible for:

• Business losses caused by incorrect or incomplete client data
• Third-party service outages (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Stripe)
• Customer disputes or dissatisfaction with your business
• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• Data loss due to client actions or third-party failures

6.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service providers

8. Termination

8.1 Client Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months

8.2 Company Termination

• We may terminate services for violations of these terms
• We will provide notice when possible before termination
• Upon termination, access to services and data will be discontinued

9. Intellectual Property

• Media World Vision retains all rights, title, and interest in the RezBot platform, software, and branding
• You retain all rights to your business data and content
• You grant Media World Vision a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely to provide the Service

10. Data and Privacy

• Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy
• Media World Vision acts as a data processor for business data processed through RezBot
• You are the data controller and are responsible for obtaining appropriate customer consent

11. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• We will notify you of material changes via email

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Media World Vision is registered.
